Support Groups

It is hard to estimate the importance of support groups in fighting CFS.

We are not as alone with our affliction as it often seems.  We need not struggle all by ourselves one to cope with the symptoms of CFS. There are those who are ready to help us, as we help them, through sharing, caring and oft times touching our very soul.
