Our vision to establish and maintain a viable community for those afflicted by ME/CFS and the resources which will help us cope with, and eventually conquer our disease, is solely dependent upon our ability to garner personal assistance, as well as financial support, from you and others like you.
The first steps in assisting us is to join us and then to complete the About You survey. Knowing a bit about your struggle with ME/CFS will help us to evolve this site into a meaningful experience for all ME/CFs sufferers. It will also help us gather important data on the true extent of the disease to for research and advocacy programs.
We hope too, that you will join us in our mission of service to others with ME/CFS by donating some of your time and expertise as well as a few of your dollars.

Financial assistance is sorely needed. We are funded entirely by donations
from members of the ME-CFSCommunity.
We are very sensitive of the fact that most of us who suffer from ME/CFS have
greatly diminished finances as a result of our illness. To the extent that
you are financially able, please consider the value of this ME-CFSCommunity and the information shared with you and make a contribution to CFSKnowledgeCenter, Inc (a Florida Not for Profit company) to develop it even further for you and others like you .
A gift in any amount you can spare, would be very welcome and help defray the
costs of our operations.
A gift of $100 to $200 would be particularly welcome. We will
respond in kind with copies of the two books on CFS/ME by Dr. Benjamin Natelson.
A gift of $250 to $499 will yield ten copies of Dr.
Natelson’s
book Your Symptoms are Real. The books will may be sent directly to you for distribution, or will be distributed by us to recipients of your choice.
A gift of $500 to $2,000 will yield twenty five copies of Dr.
Natelson’s
book Your Symptoms are Real to be distributed by either yourself or by us in your name. Additionally, you will receive an autographed copy of the book and a note of appreciation for your generous support.
A gift of $2,500 to $5,000 will yield all of the previously
mentioned thank you gifts plus a two hour private consultation with Dr. Natelson
at his Manhattan office.
Financial contributions up to $2,000 may be made via credit card. Personal
checks in any amount may be made out to cfsKnowledgeCenter)
